1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of this website and to tattoo services provided by TattooApe, Berliner Straße 26, 13189 Berlin-Pankow, Germany.

2. Bookings and appointments

Appointments are confirmed individually after a consultation. A booking is only binding once we have confirmed it in writing.

If you cannot make your appointment, let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to someone else. Repeated no-shows may mean we decline future bookings.

3. Age and consent

We tattoo adults aged 18 and over. A valid photo ID is required at your appointment. We do not tattoo anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Before every session you will complete a consent form covering relevant health information. Please answer it honestly — it protects you and us.

4. Custom designs

Every piece we design is custom work. Design sketches and artwork remain our intellectual property until tattooed; please do not take our designs to another studio.

Reference images you provide are used as inspiration only — we do not copy other artists' tattoos.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted individually based on size, detail and placement. Quotes given before the session are estimates; the final price is confirmed with you on the day.

6. Aftercare and results

We explain aftercare clearly before you leave. How a tattoo heals depends on following that guidance — we cannot take responsibility for healing problems caused by neglected aftercare.

Touch-ups needed due to normal healing are handled individually; damage caused by improper care may be chargeable.

7. Website content

The content of this website — text, images and artwork — is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without our permission.

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but accept no liability for errors or for the content of external links such as the embedded map.

8. Applicable law

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, where legally permissible.
