When you contact us about a tattoo, we process the details you provide: your name, contact details, and information about your tattoo idea, placement and style. When you visit our studio, we may also collect health-related information relevant to tattooing (for example allergies or skin conditions) as part of our consent and safety process.

When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and access time in server log files, as required to operate and secure the site.

Health-related data collected for tattoo consent is processed on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

4. Photos of tattoos

We photograph finished work only with your permission. If you agree that we may publish a photo of your tattoo (for example on this website or social media), you can withdraw that consent at any time and we will remove the photo.

Our contact section embeds a map provided by Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland). We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as needed to handle your request and fulfil our services, and afterwards only where legal retention obligations require it (for example tax and accounting rules). Consent records for tattooing are kept as long as legally required.
